Royden is the creative force behind the business working closely with clients on brand positioning, strategic partnerships, marketing and curve jumping.

 

Born on the Caribbean island of Montserrat, Royden went on to live in Antigua and the British Virgin Islands before completing his education in the UK.

 

After gaining a Masters of Engineering degree from Imperial College, he began his financial career in a private equity firm based in the City of London. He is motivated by the desire to help others and enjoys seeing people succeed, especially when this success involves achieving happiness by pursuing and fulfilling personal ambitions.

What made you want to start a company like JH Flemmings?

To be a sidekick for both individuals and high growth businesses. Providing ongoing guidance across a range of professional services, specifically focused on the success of the people we serve.

Together with the people we serve, we have built a community of individuals who are passionate about helping each other to succeed.

 

What has influenced you most in your career?

The story of Joseph in the bible. A young man who was a dreamer - most people laughed at his dreams. Many moons later, his visionary thinking saved the people from famine.

 

Who would you change places with for a day?

Major Tim Peake as I wouldn’t just love to fly. I love flying but I imagine it would be a totally different experience to fly hypersonic into space. I imagine it will just be an exhilarating experience to be a rocket man just for a day.

 

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

The absolute belief that I’ll be doing something very cool at some point during the day.
